At Cheek Dental, we believe financial clarity is an important part of delivering a comfortable patient experience. While our practice is out-of-network for all dental insurance plans, we are happy to assist patients with PPO plans that offer out-of-network benefits by filing claims on your behalf. Our team can also provide a pre-treatment estimate so you know what to expect from your insurance benefits before care begins.
Please note that your dental benefits are determined by the agreement between you and your insurance provider. If your plan covers less than anticipated, the remaining balance will be your responsibility. Our fees are consistent for all patients and reflect the quality, expertise, and time we devote to each treatment. Insurance companies may calculate coverage based on a fixed fee schedule, which may not match our fees. Processing times vary by provider—some handle claims promptly, while others may take several weeks or more.

Payment is requested at the time of service. For more extensive treatment, our financial coordinator is available to discuss arrangements in advance.
We offer short-term, in-office financing for some larger treatment plans. Please speak with our financial coordinator before your scheduled procedure to review your options.
For patients who prefer to spread payments over time, we accept CareCredit—a healthcare credit card designed for medical and dental expenses. CareCredit allows you to begin treatment immediately with no upfront costs, no prepayment penalties, and no annual fees. Benefits include:
Low monthly payment plans for services not typically covered by insurance
No-interest financing if paid within 12 months (additional plans may be available)
